At Villa Walsh Academy, we recognize that choosing the right school is one of the most important decisions a family will make. Every application is thoughtfully reviewed to ensure we get to know each applicant as an individual and determine how Villa Walsh Academy can best support her academic, personal, and spiritual growth.
Villa Walsh Academy welcomes applications for students entering Grades 7 and 9 each year. Applications for other grade levels are considered based on available space. Our students are college-bound young women who are academically motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to contribute to our vibrant school community.

2027-2028 Applications
We are excited to welcome students and families who are interested in becoming part of the Villa Walsh Academy community. Applications are now being accepted for the 2027–2028 school year.
To begin the admissions process, families will first create an Applicant Profile, which will provide access to our secure Admissions Portal. The portal will guide you through each step of the application process and allow you to track your progress along the way.
The Admissions Process Includes:
1. Admissions Test: All applicants are required to take the Villa Walsh Academy entrance examination. We do not accept outside standardized tests. Our Fall 2026 entrance exam dates are October 24 and November 14.
2. Application: Families will complete the online application through the Admissions Portal, providing important information that helps us learn more about each applicant.
3. Shadow Day (Optional): We encourage prospective students to experience a day at Villa Walsh Academy through our Shadow Day program. Spending time on campus is one of the best ways for students to experience our welcoming community, meet our students and faculty, and discover what makes Villa unique.
4. Recommendations: Applicants are required to submit two recommendations: one from a current or previous-year teacher and one from an individual who knows the applicant well outside of the classroom.
5. Interview: After submitting an application, students and their parents/guardians will meet with a member of the Admissions Team for an interview. This conversation provides an opportunity for us to get to know your family better, learn about your student’s goals and interests, and answer any questions you may have about Villa Walsh Academy.

Admissions Dates & Deadlines
Villa Walsh Academy offers two admissions pathways to best meet the needs of prospective students and families.
Regular Admissions
The Regular Admissions track is our standard admissions process. All application materials must be submitted by November 20, 2026, and admission decisions will be released on January 15, 2027.
Early Admissions
Our Early Admissions track is designed for students who have identified Villa Walsh Academy as their first-choice school. Families applying through this option must submit all required application materials by November 4, 2026. Admission decisions for Early Admissions applicants will be released by December 18, 2026.
Students interested in Early Admissions are strongly encouraged to take the October 24, 2026, Villa Walsh Academy entrance examination to ensure all required materials are received by the Early Admissions deadline.

If a student is not admitted through the Early Admissions process, her application will automatically be considered in the Regular Admissions pool. No additional application or paperwork is required.
