Biography

Stephanie Linder has been with the lacrosse program at Villa Walsh since 2025.  She attended Stevens Institute of Technology, earning her bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering.  While at Stevens, Coach Linder was a conference standout in goal for the Ducks' Women's Lacrosse program, earning Skyland Conference Rookie of the Year in 2005, First-Team All Skyline in 2006, and Empire 8 Conference Honorable Mention in 2008.  She held Stevens records for all-time saves, saves per game, and saves per season long after graduating.  As a Senior, she was selected to play in the prestigious North/South Senior All-Star game.  Coach Linder also played for four years on the Stevens Women's Field Hockey team, beginning with the team's inaugural season.  Since 2008, Coach Linder has coached lacrosse at the high school and college levels, serving as assistant coach at College of Wooster, Felician University, and her alma mater, Stevens.  As Head Coach at Watchung HIlls Regional High School from 2012-2015, she turned the program around, led the team to a Top-20 ranking in Nw Jersey, and was a finalist for Coach of the Year in 2013.  She has served on the coaching staff of multiple elite lacrosse clubs across New Jersey since 2009.  She is an NFHS certfied lacrosse coach.
