Coach Chaudruc joined VWA athletics in 2025 with 28 years of teaching and coaching
experience. He served as the head coach for the Livingston Lancers Cross Country and Track
and Field programs and was honored as the New Jersey State Coach of the Year as well as being
a 7-time Essex County Coach of the Year recipient.
Coach Chaudruc stresses the concept of T.E.A.M. – together everyone achieves more, which has
led to a high level of both team and individual success, including numerous team
championships and over 65 student athletes who have participated on the college level. Career
highlights include coaching 9 “A Standard” National Championship Qualifiers, 2 National
Champions and 7 “Championship of America” finalists at the Prestigious Penn Relays. He
developed his passion for coaching while at Rowan University. Where he was a member of 3
Conference Championship teams as well as the individual champion in the Pole Vault and the
1996 Rowan University Outstanding Athlete Award recipient. |
